CIP 1200 is a concentrated chlorinated caustic cleaner. CIP 1200 ensures complete removal of protein soils and with detergent polymer present, will handle up to 300 ppm hardness of water.
CIP 1200 is specially designed for CIP systems in the dairy and food processing industries for cleaning tanks, process equipment and pipes.
Use water at 100° – 120°F. Pre-rinse system with potable water. Dilute product at 0.5 oz – 3.00 oz/gallon and circulate through the system for 10 to 12 minutes. Keep temperature at 100° – 120°F during wash cycle. Rinse system thoroughly. Follow with acidified rinse. Acid rinse solution pH should be at 4.5. Rinse system thoroughly prior to using system. Sanitize equipment with MG Peracid 6, diluted per label instructions.
