103-F is a caustic degreaser specially designed for quick removal of protien based soils. 103-F contains a proprietary blend of high-foaming wetting agents, emulsifiers, water soluble solvents, caustic and water conditioning agents which lifts and removes oils and fatty soils and prevents them from redepositing. 103-F’s powerful formula is effective in all water conditions.
103-F can be used in all areas of meat processing plants and restaurants including on equipment, floors, walls and utensils. This product can also be used to remove petroleum oil and inorganic soils and as a laundry detergent.
Dilute 103-F in a separate container in accordance with Dilution Guidelines chart. For best results, dilute with 140°F water. Rinse surface to be cleaned to remove any loose soils. Apply 103-F solution to entire solution with foam apparatus, sprayer, sponge, or brush. For best results start at the bottom of the surface and work up to the top. Allow solutions to penetrate caked-on soils. Some scrubbing may be necessary to remove all soils. Rinse surface from top to bottom with fresh water. Flood food contact surfaces with MG 4-Quat fifth-generation quaternary sanitizer.
