AlkaFoam is a high-caustic, high-foaming aklaline cleaner and degreaser. Multi-surfactant formula rapidly penetrates and lifts soils for a superior clean, even with tough baked on soils. Stable foam clings to vertical surfaces to prolong contact time, which make cleaning easier and more efficient.
This product is useful for cleaning of fryers, smokehouses, ovens and ferrous metal and alkali-resistant equipment. Methods of application include foam, bucket-and-brush, soak and scrub. Excellent for bakeries, snack food manufacturing, or anywhere heavy carbonized and oily soils exist. This product can also be used to remove petroleum oil and inorganic soils.
Dilute AlkaFoam in a separate container in accordance with Dilution Guidelines chart. For best results, dilute with warm water. Rinse surface to be cleaned to remove any loose soils. Apply AlkaFoam solution to entire surface with foam sprayer, sponge, or brush. For best results start at the bottom of the surface and work up to the top. Allow solution to penetrate caked on soils. Some scrubbing may be necessary to remove all soils. Rinse surface from top to bottom with fresh water. Flood food contact surfaces with MG 4-Quat Fifth-Generation Quaternary Sanitizer.
