Brew-Terge is a alkaline non-caustic detergent with non-chlorinated oxygen bleach, specifically designed for the brewing industry. BrewTerge works exceptionally well at removing organic soils from walls of tanks, pipes, gaskets and other food contact surfaces. This highly soluable product dissolves rapidly for easy mixing and works effectivly even at lower temperatures.
Brew-Terge is specifically designed for Brewery operations, and is useful for CIP & COP cleaning of brewing and fermentation tanks, pasteurizers, bottle washers and fillers.
Dilute Brew-Terge manually accordance with Dilution Guidelines chart. For best results, use @ 68-140° F. Temperature is based on age and amount of soil. Rinse surface to be cleaned to remove any loose soils. In Soak and Hot Tank Allow solution to penetrate caked-on soils. Some scrubbing may be necessary to remove all soils. Rinse surface from top to bottom with fresh water.
