Clor VL is a heavy duty, low-foaming detergent and degreaser for CIP and other low foam applications. Tackles tough carbon, oil and grease soils while deodorizing and destaining all in one step.
Clor VL can be used for CIP, COP and spray cleaning of process tanks and hot milk lines in dairies, as a HTST cleaner in bakeries or a soak cleaner in food processing plants. Clor VL can be mixed with Detergent Concentrate when foaming applications are needed.
CIP applications: Flush pipes with fresh water to remove loose soils. Heat Chlor-VL solution to 140°-150°F. Circulate solution through pipes for 10 – 25 minutes, or until all soils are removed from pipelines. Flush lines with fresh water. Fill pipelines with appropriate sanitizer. Soak Applications: Add appropriate amount of Chlor-VL to cleaning bath. Heat solution, when possible, to 140°-150°F. Allow parts to soak for 10 – 25 minutes, or until all soils are removed from parts. Rinse parts with fresh water and follow with appropriate sanitizer. Dishwashing Machine: Add appropriate amount of Chlor-VL to dish machine manually or through powder dispenser. Chlor-VL works best when used with hot water. Follow with rinsing agent and sanitizing rinse.
