Duo-Chlor is a powdered detergent with bleach designed to deliver powerful cleaning action at low concentrations. Duo-Chlor is a blend of alkaline builders, water conditioning agents, soil-suspending agents and biodegradable wetting agents. This powerful blend quickly removes tough soils and suspends them to prevent redeposition, while also destaining and deodorizing. Duo-Chlor works well in all water temperatures and conditions.
Duo-Chlor is used for cleaning tubs, trays, and miscellaneous equipment in dairy and meat facilities. Its low-foaming characteristics make it acceptable for use in manual washing applications, floor mopping, as well as laundry. Its controlled alkalinity is excellent for use on softer metals such as aluminum, zinc, and galvanized steel and plastics. Duo-Chlor meets government standards for a USDA A-1 classification.
Dilute Duo-Chlor in a separate container accordance with Dilution Guidelines chart. Duo-Chlor works best with warm water but still remains effective with cold water. Pre-rinse surface with fresh water to remove any macro soils. Apply Duo-Chlor solution to surface and allow 1 minute to penetrate soils. Scrub surface with a scouring pad or brush to remove difficult soils. Rinse surface with fresh water. Apply MG-4 Quat Fifth-Generation 10% Quaternary Sanitizer.
