FCC-3 Special is a high-foaming blend of wetting agents, water conditioners, potassium hydroxide, bleach and rinsing additives. FCC-3 Special excels at saponifying and emulsifying protein based soils. Combined with its high levels of chlorine bleach, this product is also effective on sugars, carbohydrates, and is an effective deodorizer. FCC-3 Special is safe for use on hard surfaces capable of withstanding high caustic cleaning.
Recommended for the removal of protein, fat and carbohydrate based soils found in all food and beverage processing facilities. FCC-3 Special is fortified with additives which enhance your equipments appearance. Designed to be effective in hard water, reducing the need for acid washing. Chlorinated formula not for use on soft metals.
Dilute FCC-3 Special in accordance with Dilution Guidelines chart. Remove lose soil and debris, and rinse surfaces with cold water. Apply FCC-3 Special solution directly to surface with foam apparatus, brush or scouring pad. Allow sufficient time (10 minutes) for FCC-3 Special solution to penetrate and dislodge all soils. Do not allow solution to dry. Scrub with brush or scouring pad before rinsing thoroughly with potable water, followed by an appropriate sanitizer.
