FCC-SM is a high-foaming blend of wetting agents, alkaline, bleach and rinsing additives. FCC-SM excels at saponifying and emulsifying fat, oil and grease found in all processing facilities dealing with meat, fish and poultry. Chlorinated action is effective on fats, proteins, carbohydrates and eliminates foul odors and stains. FCC-SM relies on a system which provides alkalinity and a lower usage cost than comparable products.
FCC-SM is compatible with soft metals including aluminum processing equipment. Suitable for for use in all areas of processing facilities that can withstand chlorinated cleaning.
Dilute FCC-SM in accordance with Dilution Guidelines chart. For even better performance, heat solution to approximately 100-120° F. Remove large soils and rinse surfaces with cold water. Apply FCC-SM solution directly to surface with foam apparatus, brush or scouring pad. Allow sufficient time (10 minutes) for FCC-SM solution to penetrate and dislodge all soils. Do not allow FCC-SM solution to dry. Scrub with brush or scouring pad and rinse from top to bottom. Sanitize with EPA registered sanitizer such as MG-4 Quat or MG Peracid 6.
