Improve Liquid Break contains potassium hydroxide, builders, water conditioners, optical brighteners and anti-redeposition agents that produce superior results in commercial laundry operations. When used as part of a complete laundry system Improve can boost detergent performance. It rapidly penetrates, breaks down and flushes away food residues, grease, fats, oils, lipstick, protein, coffee, tea and other stains. It also prevents soil redeposition and helps tie up water hardness that causes fabric to dull or gray.
Recommended for commercial and institutional use only. Not for use in home laundry machines. Do not use Improve Liquid Break on wool, silk, or other delicate fabrics.
Concentrations will vary according to water hardness, soil load, water temperature, time and machine efficiency. When using chlorine or color-safe (oxygen) bleach, add to the wash solution 3 to 5 minutes after the wash cycle begins. Never apply undiluted builder/break directly to fabric. Dispense builder/break after fill water has entered the machine.
