Liquid FM-1000S is a concentrated, highly-effective, alkaline cleaner and degreaser with excellent soil emulsification. Liquid FM-1000S contains corrosion inhibitors to protect surfaces as it cleans and contains descalants & rinsing agents to control hard water scale and promote a shiny surface.
Particularly effective against fats, oils, and organic soils and is recommended for cleaning metal surfaces, ovens, grills, machinery, trays, glass and many other hard surfaces. Excellent performance in bakery pan washers and other low-foam cleaning operations.
Dilute Liquid FM-1000S in accordance with Dilution Guidelines chart. This product works best, and provides the lowest foaming characteristics when heated to at least 120°F. Apply to surface with sprayer, sponge or brush. Parts, trays, etc. can also be immersed in a solution of Liquid FM-1000S. Allow sufficient contact time to penetrate built-up soils. Some scrubbing may be necessary to remove heavy, caked-on soils. Rinse with fresh water and follow with sanitizer.
