Liquid Gleam is a high-foaming liquid detergent useful as a medium-duty detergent and foam enhancer. Liquid Gleam provides rapid penetration of a wide variety soils and is effective in hot or cold and soft or hard water. Methods of application include spray, sponge, brush and soak.
Liquid Gleam is applicable for use on all types of dishes, pots & pans and flatware. Great for kitchens, restaurants, cafeterias, and anywhere grease fighting power is needed.
Dilute Liquid Gleam in a separate container accordance with Dilution Guidelines chart. Rinse surface to be cleaned to remove any loose soils. Apply Liquid Gleam solution to entire surface with sprayer, sponge, or brush. For best results start at the bottom of the surface and work up to the top. Allow solution to penetrate caked on soils. Some scrubbing may be necessary to remove all soils. Rinse surface from top to bottom with fresh water. Flood food contact surfaces with MG-4 Quat Fifth-Generation Quaternary Sanitizer.
