MG 4-Quat is a food contact surface sanitizer utilizing the 5th Generation, four-chain Quat. This concentrate provides the industry standard 1 ounce per 4 gallons dilution for a 200 ppm active quaternary sanitizer. This improved formula can be used at concentrations up to 400 ppm active quat on food contact surfaces and still maintain prior established USDA no-rinse standards. This provides a little “added insurance” under high soil load conditions.
