Powder MSR Inhibited is powdered acid detergent used for removing scale, minerals, salt residues, protein soils and rust in food production facilities. Powder MSR Inhibited contains a corrosion inhibitor that prevents corrosion of metal surfaces as it cleans.
Powdered MSR can be used for descaling mineral and protein soils in any type of food production environment. This product is ideal for clean in place (CIP) applications. It may also be sprayed, mopped or brushed on all surfaces to be cleaned. It is especially useful in dairies, bakeries, egg processing plants, meat and poultry processing, tortilla production, bottling plants, breweries and wineries.
Dilute Powder MSR Inhibited in accordance with Dilution Guidelines chart. Make sure all powder is dissolved before proceeding. Apply solution with sprayer, sponge or scouring pad. Allow sufficient time for solution to penetrate soils and scrub as necessary. Rinse with fresh water and sanitize. Some soils may require multiple applications to remove heaviest soils.
