Smokehouse Cleaner is a powerful grease busting cleaner designed to penetrate and clean though greasy soils. Smokehouse Cleaner contains a proprietary blend of alkali hydroxides, high-foaming wetting agents, rinsing additives and water conditioning agents.
Smokehouse Cleaner is a high alkaline foaming liquid detergent suited for a wide variety of cleaning applications in the food processing industry, including restaurants, hospitals, schools, and nursing homes. Smokehouse Cleaner removes heavy accumulated baked on grease, oil and carbonized soils from smokehouses, fryers, ovens, and ferrous metal equipment. Product works best with warm water, but remains effective in cold water.
