Special Cleaner Alkaline LF is designed to remove stubborn calcium oxalate build ups in green vegetables, nuts and other high calcium oxalate containing foods that presents a challenge for cleaning and sanitation maintenance programs. Special Cleaner Alkaline LF contains an exceptional package of water conditioners, builders and detergents promoting dissolution and easier rinsing of stubborn soils.
This no foaming alkaline cleaner is formulated to conserve water, as it replaces typically used acid cleaning step needed for particular soils and therefore eliminates need for water rinsing step as product is compatible with other alkaline and chlorinated alkaline cleaners. Formulated for use in packing houses, processing plants, and other food processing establishments.
Remove soil mechanically when possible and rinse surfaces with water. Apply Special Cleaner Alkaline LF solution directly to surface. Allow sufficient time for Special Cleaner Alkaline LF solution to penetrate and dislodge oxalate soils. Scrub with brush and rinse with water from top to bottom. Follow by sanitizing surface using appropriate sanitizer.
