SuperZyme is a thickened enzyme detergent effective on organic soils such as fat, protein and grease. It clings to vertical surfaces providing the necessary contact time for the enzymes to work. Enzyme producing cultures and unique surfactant blend help remove many soils and are useful in several applications.
Superzyme has a broad range of degradation capabilities. Effective for maintenance of drain line and grease traps, improving septic and waste degradation and cleaning and odor control. SuperZyme can also be used as a laundry detergent, drain cleaner, or general purpose cleaner.
Grease Traps: Consult Dilution Guidelines chart below for the optimal amount of SuperZyme for daily addition to clarifier/grease trap. SuperZyme can be dosed manually or with an automatic dosing machine such as the Dema DrainMaster. Add the appropriate quantity directly to the first stage of the clarifier/grease trap. This product can also be injected into the drain line feeding the clarifier/grease trap to assist with adequate dispersion. Aeration and/or pH control of the grease trap are necessary for the proper function of this product. SuperZyme is effective in pH range between 6.0 – 9.0 and a temperature range of 38°-145° (60°-90°F is optimal). Commercial & Floor Drains: Consult Dilution Guidelines chart below for the optimal amount of SuperZyme for daily addition to drains. 1) Start-Up: Treat drains daily for 1 week at a time where drains will not be in use. 2) On-going Maintenance: Treat drains weekly at a time where drains will not be in use.
