PROGRAM ESSENCE

CLEANING & SANITATION PRODUCTS

Alkaline Cleaners:

• Special Liquid Caustic (Sodium Hydroxide)
  A low-foam, heavy-duty liquid alkaline detergent recommended for circulation (C.I.P.), pressure washing, boil-out, soak cleaning. This product’s high-alkalinity cuts through the heaviest soils and its built-in descalants prevent any alkaline films from forming.
• Brew-Terge (powder) with power of oxygen
  Brew-Terge is a alkaline non-caustic with non-chlorinated bleach, low-foaming powder useful in several CIP applications including Brewing/Fermenting Tanks, pasteurizers and fillers. Brew-Terge works exceptionally well at removing soils from walls of tanks, pipes, gaskets and other food contact surfaces.
• Special Liquid K (Potassium Hydroxide)
  A low-foam, heavy-duty liquid alkaline detergent recommended for circulation (C.I.P.), pressure washing, boil-out, soak cleaning. This product’s high alkalinity cuts through the heaviest soils and its built-in descalants prevent any alkaline films from forming.

Acid Base Cleaners:

• Special Acid R (Nitric/Phosphoric)
  No color. Special Acid R is an aggressive acidic detergent useful in the removal of built-up calcium, protein, hard-water and other similar deposits. Special Acid R is formulated using a time-tested acid formulation that begins dissolving calcium, sodium and protein on contact.
• Special Acid MG (MSA/Glycolic)
  Eco-friendly. No color. No nitric. No phosphoric. Special Acid MG is an aggressive acidic detergent useful in the removal of built-up calcium, protein, hard-water and other similar deposits.

Sanitizers:

• MG Peracid 6
  MG Peracid 6 is a no-rinse peroxyacetic acid sanitizer useful in numerous food processing facilities including those dealing with meat, vegetable, dairy, and beverage. MG Peracid 6’s powerful oxidizing action destroys the undesirable microorganism from the inside-out preventing resistance to the sanitizer from developing.
• Biodisan Plus
  A One-Step Cleaner/No-Rinse iodine based Sanitizer/Disinfectant.
• MG ChlorSan
  5% Sodium Hypochlorite Sanitizer. Multi-Chlor is effective in a wide range of cleaning, brightening, and sanitizing applications including cleaning food contact surfaces, brightening cutting boards, disinfecting cooling towers and bleaching fabrics.

COMPLIMENTARY PRODUCTS

• FCC-8
  FCC-8 is the ultimate chlorinated foaming detergent. At higher concentrations, FCC-8 removes soils untouched by other detergents; and at lower concentrations FCC-8 provides the lowest usage cost. For general environmental cleaning including returned stainless steel kegs.
• Foam Shine
  Foam Shine is an aggressive acidic detergent useful in the removal of built-up calcium, protein, hard-water and other similar deposits. Foam Shine is formulated using a time-tested acid formulation that begins dissolving calcium, sodium and protein on contact.
• 103-F (KoH degreaser)
  High foam, easy rinsing, caustic base detergent with solvent.
• MG 4 Quat
  MG 4-Quat is a food contact surface sanitizer utilizing the 5^th Generation, four-chain Quat. This concentrate provides the industry standard 1 ounce per 4 gallons dilution for a 200 ppm active quaternary sanitizer, but it doesn’t stop there! MG 4-Quat can be used at concentrations up to 400 ppm active quat on food contact surfaces and still maintain prior established USDA norinse standards.
• MG Dermaclean
  High-foaming premium sanitizing hand soap with quat. Provides good sudsing and easily lifts heavy soils without drying skin. Included antimicrobial component Benzalkonium Chloride kills bacteria providing a one-step cleaning & sanitizing product.
• MG DermaSan
  MG DermaSan Instant Foam Hand Sanitizer is based on the active ingredient Benzalkonium Chloride in a unique non-drying, moisturizing and conditioning formulation. USDA E3 compliant for no-rinse hand sanitizing, kills 99.9999% of most common germs that may cause illness, including E. Coli and MRSA in just 15 seconds. MG DermaSan can be applied with typical soap dispeners, atomizing sprayers, or foam dispensers.
